"We will equip the stadium with facilities free of all obstacles to make
special and disabled athletes go anywhere easily," said Li Ming, board
chairman of Shanghai East Asia, the company running the stadium.

The chairman said efforts were also made to make the audiences more
comfortable, "We have arranged folding soft seats so the room will be
larger when getting the chairs folded if no one sits."

Li suggested making the English characters on the bilingual signs larger,
"The English language characters are too small and foreign friends
couldn't see them clearly."

The company also has a way to adjust Games sponsors. According to Li,
China Netcom, the official sponsor for Beijing Olympic Games and China
Telecom, sponsor for Shanghai Special Games will both have their
communication cable during the special games, "We will adjustment well to
make sure the communication smooth and the sponsors profit well," Li said.
