Several Russians working in Jiangsu province were walking with their
children "armed" with thick clothes on Dec. 5. Lianyungang City of
Jiangsu experienced the coldest weather on that day since winter arrived,
with the temperature dropping to 7 degrees Celsius below zero (19.4
degrees Fahrenheit). Citizens all put on thick garments to protect
themselves from the nipping winds.
