Bai Haba Village is located in the Tier Keti Village 77 kilometers to the
north of Bai Haba River County in Xinjiang, facing Kazakstan across the
river. The village is divided into the Tuva residential area, the Kazak
residential area and the residential area for border-guard forces. The
Bai Haba Village is known as the first village in north-west China.
